How does the money back guarantee work?
If your product is not viewed by a buyer within 90 days from upload, we will offer a 100% refund for that product’s subscription. You can see if your product is viewed on your supplier dashboard. Views are counted when your product is either a) shown on a buyer’s dashboard; b) shown in a buyer’s email digest; c) selected and viewed by a buyer; or d) feedback is given by a buyer. We only offer refunds for the products that are not viewed, all other products are covered by our standard terms
